Lindsey White: Matter of Fact
Artist Lindsey White, an Oklahoma native, works in still photography, video, and installation art. Through her creative reconstruction of different materials and settings, using analog and digital techniques, and with her uncanny ability to embrace the unexpected in everyday life, White creates playfully engaging images.

She has exhibited at Barengasse Museum, Zurich Switzerland; San Francisco Arts Commission, San Francisco; Southern Exposure, San Francisco; Eli Ridgway Gallery, San Francisco; the Kala Institute of Art, Berkeley, California; the Headlands Center for the Arts, Marin, California; and the San Jose Institute of Contemporary Art. White’s projects are in many public collections, including the Whitney Museum of American Art Library in New York; and Portland Art Museum in Portland, Oregon.
